三只烧鸭

七百多年前,新会厓门海战后,相传南宋的御厨带着女儿逃亡到新会银洲湖西岸的仙洞村,开了一间烧鹅店,凭着宫廷秘制烧鹅的高超手艺,把烧鹅烧得色香味全,很快便名扬远近。后来御厨的女儿嫁到银洲湖东岸的古井镇,把秘制烧鹅的手艺带到了古井。古井烧鹅由此而起,并代代相传到今天。

More than 700 years ago, after the Battle of Yamen in Xin Hui, it is said that an imperial chef of the Southern Song Dynasty fled with his daughter to Xiandong Village on the western shore of Yinzhu Lake in Xin Hui. There, he opened a roast goose shop and, using his exceptional royal culinary skills, perfected the art of roasting goose to achieve the ideal color, aroma, and flavor. His craftsmanship quickly gained widespread fame. Later, his daughter married into Gujing Town on the eastern shore of Yinzhu Lake and brought the secret roasting technique with her. This marked the beginning of Gujing Roast Goose, which has been passed down through generations to this day.
